please read our General Terms and Conditions carefully. They regulate the contractual relationship between you and Buddy Guide Tours, Nikolaus Schrot (owner). 

By booking one of our services you accept these terms and conditions. The contract for a chargeable city tour comes into effect with a confirmed booking on our website or the confirmation by e-mail. 

Services

The services are initially determined by the offers and prices on our website www.buddyguidetours.de and can be viewed there. If you have booked an individual programme or tailor-made guided tour, the services including the costs will be listed separately in the confirmation e-mail. 

Prices

The prices stated on our website apply. For customised tours, the prices stated in the confirmation email apply. 

Customized tours and services

In the case of booking enquiries by e-mail or telephone, the contract is concluded upon written agreement regarding the planned tour, the date and time, the participants and the price for the tour. This agreement is confirmed by the payment of 100% of the total cost of the tour to the following account:

Purchase via PayPal is possible when requested.

Vouchers

Issued vouchers are only valid after the payment has been received. Vouchers that have not been paid for in full will not be used. Issued vouchers cannot be refunded.

Payment

Payment is made when booking via our website. Our payment and cancellation conditions apply.

Cancellation 

• If a tour is cancelled up to 7 days before the start of the service, 75% of the purchase price can be refunded.


• Cancellations made 6 – 2 days prior to the start of the tour can be refunded 50% of the purchase price.


• Cancellations made 2 days prior to the start of the tour are non-refundable.  


Cancellations/Change of dates

Buddy Guide Tours strives to make every tour run smoothly. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. However, if a tour has to be cancelled by us due to illness of one of our guides or other circumstances, you are entitled to a refund or alternatively a voucher for an alternative date. There is no further claim for compensation. 

Cancellation/weather/force majeure

Tours take place in all weathers. There is no claim for compensation due to bad weather. Should a tour be prematurely cancelled due to an incident or an unforeseeable situation/weather situation, participants have no claim to compensation. 

Liability agreement

We are generally not liable for any damage caused due to your own carelessness. By agreeing to our General Terms and Conditions when making a confirmed booking for one of our offers, you confirm that you participate in the tour/activity offered by Buddy Guide Tours at your own risk and that no liability is accepted for damage to people or property. 

Duty to cooperate

In the event of unforeseeable situations in public spaces, the participant is obliged to follow the instructions of the respective guide. This applies in particular to unclear traffic situations. 

Intellectual property

All content on this website www.buddyguidetours.de is intellectual property and protected by copyright. The authors of the site are: Nikolaus Schrot, Daniel Binger, photographers see credits. 

Severability clause

The invalidity of any part of these terms and conditions shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms and conditions.

Place of jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction is Berlin.
